THINK-IN faqs

General

My app crashes when I try to use it. How can I fix this?

We have found that the iPad mini, devices with low storage, or older versions of iOS have occasionally had this problem. We recommend updating the Think-In app from the app store, as well as ensuring you have the most recent version of iOS. If the problem persists, please let us know in the contact section of our website.

I am unable to preview the sound of a note before sharing a project. How can I fix this?

This issue has been fixed in the updated version of Think-In. Please update the app to correct the problem.

How can I add a second user profile?

To add a second user profile, you must go to the settings section of the app. Touch the red pencil next to the “user two” profile to begin editing that user. Continue to add the information on the right and please remember to click, “Save Profile” when the information is complete.

Why won’t the user profile I created save?

Please remember to click the “Save Profile” button at the bottom of the “Profile Details” box. The user information will not be saved without this step.

My child/student wants to have more than 6 Think-In pages for a book. How can I add more pages?

We believe limiting the number of pages to 6 encourages children to really think about their “think work” and focus on quality rather than quantity. However, if more Think-In pages are needed, simply create a new book. When typing the title of the book, you need to make sure it is slightly different than the original title (some suggestions include adding “Part 2” or “Continued” after the book title). Observe what pages your child/student adds in the second part. You just may find another teaching point!
